Agentic AI Training · Bring Your Own Project

Bring your idea.
Build it for real.

No fixed catalog. You bring a project you care about, and a professional mentor guides you from idea to a shipped, working thing — with AI as your copilot, not your replacement. You leave able to explain and rebuild every part of it.

Fee-based · scholarships available · no one turned away for inability to pay

What “BYOP” means

The project is yours. The expertise is ours.

Your idea — or your parent’s

Bring something you actually care about: an app you wish existed, a tool for a family business, an idea from class.

One expert mentor

You’re paired with a mentor who’s shipped real software. They guide, they don’t do it for you.

A real artifact

You leave with something that exists in the world — deployed, demoable, and yours.

Two levels

Build with AI. Then build AI.

Start by shipping with AI as your copilot. Level up to building the intelligence itself.

Level I

Build with AI

Ship a real app — with AI as your copilot.

Who it’s for

Beginners & first-time builders · Middle school and up

What you’ll learn

  • Shape a fuzzy idea into a buildable MVP
  • Design the screens and the data
  • Build fast with AI copilots (Claude, Cursor)
  • Make it real: data, accounts, deploy
  • Present at Demo Day

You leave with

A live, deployed app + a Demo Day presentation

Prerequisite: No prerequisites — just an idea and curiosity

Level II

Build AI

Now the app is the intelligence — agents, RAG, evals.

Who it’s for

Students with Level I or coding fundamentals

What you’ll learn

  • LLM foundations: prompting, context, structured output
  • RAG: ground your agent in real data
  • Tool use & function calling — give your agent hands
  • Multi-step agents & orchestration (incl. MCP)
  • Evals, guardrails & safety
  • Ship + Demo Day

You leave with

A working agentic app + an evaluation report

Prerequisite: Level I or equivalent programming experience

What students bring

Projects start small. And real.

Level I

MedMinder

An app that helps your grandparents keep track of their medications.

Level I

Family-business site

Bookings and orders for a parent’s restaurant, salon, or shop.

Level I

Club HQ

Signups, schedules, and announcements for your school club — in one place.

Level II

Notes tutor

A study agent grounded in your own class notes — it cites where every answer comes from.

Level II

FAQ agent

A customer-questions agent for the family business, with tool use and guardrails.

Level I · II

Your idea

Already have something in mind? That’s the whole point — bring it.

Illustrative — the project is yours. Your mentor helps you scope it into a buildable MVP.

The build loop

Every build follows the same loop.

The content changes with your idea — the engineering loop doesn’t. And underneath it, you follow our 5×5 learning method, so the skills actually stick.

Tuition & scholarships

Flexible per-project pricing — and need-based aid for everyone who needs it.

Training is fee-based and funds our nonprofit mission. We never want cost to be the reason a student can’t build — scholarships and sliding-scale options are available for every program.

Every project is scoped and priced individually — cost depends on workload, duration, and mentorship depth. You'll get a clear quote during intake.
